Young now works with his alma mater, the University of Texas, as a development officer. He started out life in the league with the Tennessee Titans after they drafted him third overall in the 2006 NFL Draft. He sprained his MCL in that game and his bounced between starter and backup for the rest of his time with the Titans.

On Wednesday, Steinberg welcomed his new client on Twitter and said the Pro Bowl quarterback "has dream of playing more football, being role model".

That would apparently involve the Roughriders, who were reported by 3downation.com on February 2 to have added Young to their confidential negotiation list.

Vince Young hasn't played in the NFL since 2011, but he apparently wants to give professional football one more try.

Oil up on petrol draw, but market bloated
US commercial crude inventories soared by 13.8 million barrels to 508.6 million barrels, according to the EIA . Iran recently reported that they have set guidance for their production of 4 million bpd by the end of March.

As a player at Texas, Young led the Longhorns to back-to-back Rose Bowl wins, including a 41-38 win over USC in the 2006 BCS National Championship.

In six seasons in the NFL, Young had a quarterback rating of 74.4 while throwing for 46 touchdowns and 51 interceptions, according to Pro Football Reference. Whether Young has fuel in the tank or not, it will put fans in the seats if he landed somewhere.

Young hasn't played in a regular-season NFL game since 2011, and most of the interest in his comeback has emanated from various minor leagues.

Young has been working at the University of Texas and with the Longhorn Network.
