After the ceremony, several dignitaries and officials rode boats to a memorial sitting over the sunken hull of the USS Arizona.
Returning to Pearl Harbor this week, 103-year-old Jim Downing served on the USS West Virginia.

2,400 people were killed in the Pearl Harbor attack, and 1,177 of those victims were on the USS Arizona.
